Under Graduate degree required. Master’s degree in a health related discipline an asset. Current registration and membership in good standing with a professional college. Extensive health care experience required including 3 to 5 years management experience in a complex tertiary healthcare organization with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. Key competencies include the ability to lead, manage, delegate and prioritize work effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and promote collaboration, commitment to identifying and implementing necessary changes and demonstrated creativity and innovation. Knowledge of financial management is required. Familiar with computer applications. Must demonstrate understanding and experience with the delivery of family centered care. Effective change management skills. A combination of experience and skills will be considered.
