Required Qualifications:

You will possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree in human resources, business administration or other related field. Equivalences of education and experience may be considered. You will have worked for a minimum of 10 years in a human resources role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity with experience in a health care environment being an asset. You will have 5 years of experience in a senior HR professional and/or operational management role combined with a demonstration of resilience while leading and managing multiple demands in a complex and fast-paced environment.


Additional Required Qualifications:

You will have the ability to create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues, all while fostering effective partnerships with operational clients and other stakeholders. In addition, you must be client focused and committed to providing quality services while having the ability to effectively guide your team through change.


Preferred Qualifications:

A professional designation (CPHR) is preferred.
