The successful candidate will have the following: A minimum of (8) years’ experience in a human resources role leading large, diverse teams within an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity (health care experience is an asset) Minimum of (3) years recent related experience within a supervisory capacity. In-depth knowledge of HCM Systems (PeopleSoft preferred) is also required. University Degree in Business, Human Resource, or combination of related experience/education. Experience with a Recruitment Management System (Taleo preferred) with ability to provide configuration, integration, application and troubleshooting support of the system. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Demonstrated ability to develop functional, application and process strategies, build business cases and propose innovations. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and ability to engage and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks. Demonstrated innovation and change management skills which include supporting and encouraging new ideas and approaches to build organizational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a large, complex, and unionized organization is an asset. Professional designation (CPHR) is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset. Healthcare experience an asset.
