Required Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent HR/Contact Centre certifications is required. Experience in HR and/or a Contact Centre will also be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have 5 to 8 years of work-related experience in a large and complex HR Contact Centre environment. Excellent communication skills are necessary. The incumbent must be client services focused with extensive knowledge and understanding of Contact Centre technologies (IVR, CRM Tools, etc.) Significant experience leading and managing professional staff is required. Strong strategic planning, multitasking, and time management skills are required. Experience in a healthcare environment is needed. This position requires excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. The successful candidate must have the proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management certification and/or Contact Centre Certification are an asset.
