Required Qualifications:

Health Information Management Professional with active Certification. PROSCI change management certification. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

5-10 years experience leading teams in a complex organization of significant size. Demonstration of commitment to lifelong learning through personal and professional development. Demonstration of formalized leadership training.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Information Management, Health Informatics, Health Leadership or equivalent experience. 10+ years experience with exposure to the health care industry trends and innovations, electronic information management best practices, and adult education skills.
