Post-secondary education from an accredited Diagnostic Imaging, Biomedical Engineering and/or Information Technology program. Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written English language skills. Commitment to providing quality work and possess time management and organizational skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Effective communication skills, strong critical thinking skills and in-depth understanding of clinical information systems, including but not limited to, Picture Archiving and Communication System, Radiology Information System. Experience and understanding of DI equipment, related to operating, maintenance, service and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Progressive leadership role overseeing complex and diverse teams in a multi-facility organization. Project management experience and working knowledge of equipment installation processes and requirements. Degree is preferred.
