Completion of post-secondary education is required, preferably in the areas of Business Commerce or Operations Management. 5+ years of management/leadership experience is required combined with a background in operations from an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated experience in people leadership involving coaching and staff development.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a tertiary health care environment and/ or related cleaning and maintenance experience required. Experience managing within a unionized environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing within a unionized environment. For internal AHS and Environmental Services applicants: Two professional references are required upon interview. For External applicants: The following must be provided at the time of interview: 3 professional references. Valid work permit/visa (if applicable). Proof of educational requirements.
