2 years related supervisory or leadership experience. Demonstrated effectiveness working within a multidisciplinary team. A relevant clinical degree from a recognized school (e.g. Nursing, Social Work, Pharmacy). 5 years direct frontline health care experience including 3 years of relevant clinical experience (e.g. public health, outpatient clinics) in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Self-directed and highly motivated. Demonstrated conflict resolution and change agent skills. Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Excellent analytical and decision making skills. Demonstrated organizational, problem solving, decision making, project and financial management skills. Ability to work and lead in a collaborative manner within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with: Demonstrated ability to foster positive change within a team. An applicable graduate degree (e.g. Master Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing). 3 or more years of clinic leadership/management experience. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated experience and skill with AHS management systems including: ePeople, eManager, Markview, etc.
