Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a post-secondary degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial planning or financial advisory role. Leadership skills, including the ability to effectively direct and manage resources. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. A demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with others including senior management and executive levels. Experience in managing projects of different scope, magnitude, and significance. The ability to work with details while also managing the "big picture". A demonstrated ability to facilitate change and be comfortable working in ambiguity, including strong time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to work with complex financial information, including working in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) or MBA. Previous experience in an organization of similar size and complexity. Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
