University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Finance role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity, health care experience is an asset. Superior analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must have demonstrated the confidence and ability to communicate and work effectively at a management and executive level. Knowledge and demonstrated application of business planning and modeling concepts in addition to project management experience. Proven management and team building skills for staff and the ability to effectively direct and manage resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional accounting designation preferred (CPA or equivalent, including in program and close to completion).
