Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a regulated health care provider role such as RN, LPN or Paramedic.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Complex reasoning skills to make decisions in strenuous and changing environments. Recent experience working with diverse client populations in a health care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills including verbal, written, active listening. Effective leadership abilities combined with a strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals.
