Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in a related field. Five (5) years in a related role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience in a health care setting and provision of addiction and mental health services. Demonstration of a dedication to professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective communication, strong organization skills and ability to influence and lead change. A commitment to quality services that are client focused. Confidence in decision making, coaching and mentoring and initiating difficult conversations. Ability to build confidence in others. Solution focused and able to sort through complex issues.


Preferred Qualifications:

Progressive demonstrated leadership experience in an addiction and mental health environment. Experience with diverse cultures in urban, rural and/or remote communities. Equivalencies in education and experience may be considered.
