Description:

The Pharmacy Manager, Northeast Zone is a key leadership role and reports directly to the Director, Pharmacy Services, North Zone. This position is responsible and accountable for providing the direction, leadership and organization over the activities of the Northeast Zone Pharmacy teams in support of the vision, mission and business plan of Alberta Health Services. The Pharmacy Manager, Northeast Zone will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to provide pharmacy leadership across the area including with physicians, patient care area leaders, regional and site support services, and union representatives to ensure that any issues impacting the program are identified and addressed.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years in a hospital pharmacy role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in a health care environment. Licensure with the Alberta College of Pharmacy is required.
