Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years in a hospital pharmacy role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in a health care environment.

Leadership skills, including comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to engage, inspire and build confidence in others. Fosters a climate of cooperation with stakeholders.
