Bachelor of Nursing degree or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline. Current registration with the appropriate professional association. A minimum of 2 years experience in a management/clinical leadership role ideally in a health care organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to professional development. Minimum of five years’ recent experience in acute care, with clinical experience in NICU or Pediatrics being an asset. Experience with Connect Care implementation an asset, (AIW) Alberta Improvement Way, or equivalent. Quality Improvement methodology and Change Management training (Prosci) are assets.
