A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Current registration and in good standing with licensing profession Minimum 1 - 3 years of healthcare management experience
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent management skills and leadership experience in a health care clinical environment. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Demonstrated ability to manage change and create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Demonstrated evidence of responsibility for maintaining his/her own professional competence and personal growth. Proven communication skills in managing conflict resolution & collaborative conversations, demonstrating accountable leadership. Quality improvement/assurance focused, and able to facilitate change management effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent clinical experience in oncology. Graduate degree in healthcare management or related health care field.
