Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree; consideration will be given to equivalencies in education and experience. 3 years plus years’ experience in a Nursing role within the last 5 years plus a minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership capacity (i.e. Charge Nurse or Team Lead).


Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, a focus on resident, and family centered care and commitment to providing quality services. Leadership skills. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities. Change management, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Ability to manage human, financial, and physical resources within an operating environment.
