Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, related health field or business administration. Valid membership with CARNA or relevant professional college. Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing/health leadership experience. Consideration may be given to candidates with other health professional experience where they have demonstrated outstanding leadership ability in multi disciplinary settings.

Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Nursing or related field. Experience in leading/supporting quality improvement projects. Project management experience. Completion of leadership development courses. Quality Improvement certification (i.e. AHS AIW Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent). Change Management certification (i.e. AHS PROSCI or equivalent). Experience with Human Resource systems – i.e. RMS.
