Completion of post-secondary education in a related field and/or technical certification in a related field required or 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate as per ABSA kW rating guidelines where boiler support is necessary.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have 3-5 years' experience working in a commercial or hospital setting in a Maintenace role. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Must have basic computer skills using a Windows operating system. 1-3 years' work experience using Building management systems, preferably Siemens Apogee. Must be able to work, days night evening and weekends as per the rotation. Must be able to work overtime shifts when required. Must be able to work in hot and cold work environments. Must be able to regularly lift 20kg. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
