Completion of post-secondary education in a related field and/or technical certification in a related field required or 4th Class Power Engineer Certificate as per ABSA kW rating guidelines where boiler support is necessary.
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years commercial building maintenance experience. 3-5 years experience using building management systems. HVAC specific and/or experience with the ability to operate and troubleshoot systems (ventilation, hydronic, boilers, refrigeration, etc.) Must be able to communicate clearly in English (both verbally and in writing). Basic computer skills in a Windows operating environment.
Preferred Qualifications:2 years experience using computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Ariel lift training. WHIMIS training. Siemens Apogee building management system experience is preferred.
