Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfort with driving in all road and light conditions on both highways and rural roads for travel within the service area.
Preferred Qualifications:Connect Care experience. Home Care experience greater than 1 year (New Grads welcome to apply). Lower Leg Assessment and Compression Education. Knowledge of the CCHSS. Palliative Care experience.
