Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

You may be eligible for the Rural Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program if you meet other eligibility requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following experience would be preferred: Labor and delivery experience, training in obstetrics, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) is an asset but not required; training in NRP is to be expected and is offered on site. Cross training to other nursing departments within CLHCC may be necessary.
