Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role the candidate will have an eye for detail, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and excellent written and verbal communications coupled with decision-making and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently within tight timelines and to effectively manage internal/external resources to achieve organizational goals with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team work skills, and an ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate discretion will contribute to your success. Undergraduate degree in web design, information design, digital communications and/or communications (or equivalent). An equivalent combination of directly related experience and education may be considered. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar role. Experience with content management systems and with basic front-end web development tools and concepts – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, responsive web development, etc.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Captivate. Solid understanding of writing and editing for the web. Knowledge of record and information management principles. Experience in leading the development and maintenance of business web sites. Knowledge of project management principles. Previous experience in contact center operations, and/or health care environment.
