Required Qualifications:

Completion of PhD in health-related discipline. 3-5 years experience in applied Implementation Science. Demonstrated expertise in implementation science methodologies and frameworks applied to healthcare settings Strong background in stakeholder engagement Experience developing and evaluating decision-support tools and knowledge translation strategies Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Tableau and other data visualization tools. Strong project management skills and demonstrated mentorship ability.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience leading applied implementation science projects. Understanding of Canadian health systems. Experience working in large-scale health system implementation projects Non-technical understanding of machine learning, biostatistics or advanced analytics is an asset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Access) and the ability to become proficient with new software packages.
