Completion of bachelor's degree in a health related field. Active or eligible for registration with applicable professional association or college, if applicable. Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare environment in a support, operational or clinical capacity. Minimum of three years’ experience in project management. Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Required Qualifications:Knowledge and demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management, and leadership strategies. Ability to work effectively with senior leadership within the organization, community partners, and key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in a team environment. Natural aptitude for educating, motivating and influencing others.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of master's degree in a related field. Experience in a fast paced, multitasking environment. Experience with group presentations. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
