Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, College Diploma in IT, or equivalent industry. Minimum of ten (10) years of related IT experience. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience in IT Service Delivery. Extensive experience of understanding and documenting current solution delivery landscape and presenting at the executive level to gain consensus and approval. Experience of project management in a range of midsize-to-large initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality. Experience in managing budgets. Enterprise experience in IT operations management, preferably in a Microsoft environment. Strong understanding of enterprise frameworks such as ITIL and ITSM. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build a high-performance team. Strong interpersonal, written/verbal, and organizational skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Client Management: experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business partners. Experience in managing client satisfaction regarding a set of applications and services. Product and Project Management: experienced in managing multiple dependencies between projects, through technical and financial perspectives. Value Management: can identify the effectiveness and completeness of business and technology strategies and ensure alignment with clients and other applicable cross-organization strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with biomedical devices strongly preferred. Experience with medical infusion pumps (Baxter, Alaris, Medfusion, etc.). Experience in Healthcare strongly preferred. Experience with biomedical device integration. Strong customer service orientation.
