Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Alberta (CMLTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have worked in a Clinical laboratory setting within the last three years. Courses/experience in computer applications and operations. Current, relevant courses in Clinical Chemistry and Urinalysis. Current relevant knowledge and experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist within the last three years is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Current relevant experience in clinical Chemistry and Urinalysis is preferred. Specialized knowledge and experience in Laboratory Information Systems applications (specific knowledge in MediTech is preferred). PC software and hardware skills are preferred.
