Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to handle a large amount of work efficiently and effectively. Must meet deadlines and benchmarks while consistently displaying a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Millennium Information System. Experience with sample preparation (ordering, aliquotting, labeling samples). Experience performing temperature checks, thermometer verification, the use of balances and maintaining small lab equipment (eg: centrifuges, airfuges, water baths, pluggos, and defrost fridge/freezers).
