Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Exercise Physiology, or equivalent exercise science degree. Current Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) or the American College of Sports Medicine's Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent with individuals with disabilities and elderly. Knowledgeable regarding biomechanics, exercise prescription and progression, and ergonomic evaluation of individuals with physical impairments. Able to function effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills fundamental. Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in outpatient, inpatient & community settings. Experience with developing exercise-based treatment plans for patients with chronic musculo-skeletal impairments. Experience with developing exercise-based treatment plans for patients with acute injuries/post-operative conditions.
