Description:
Network Cybersecurity knowledge and experience expertise of the following technologies is preferred: Fortinet Firewalls, Citrix Netscaler, Infoblox DDI, and Forescout Network Access Control; along with programming skills to develop areas of NetOps. Maintain Network Operations: monitors, maintains, and documents network infrastructure. Create and update customer support tickets. Performs trouble shooting and technical support activities. Functions as an escalation point for complex network problems that have typically been escalated. Able to work on a rotational on-call schedule. Design and implement solutions: Design and coordination of development, testing, implementation and maintenance of technical enterprise-wide solutions. Lead or facilitate projects or initiatives; may include coordination of work for a sub-team. Tracks expenditures as required. Participates as subject matter expert on teams to provide input into solutions based on best practices, industry, and AHS requirements/policy. Customer Relationship Management and Advocacy: Maintains active communication with clients to understand their environments and to orient them to the IT processes. Explains difficult issues with multiple possible solutions and works to build consensus on preferred option with customer and with other IT teams. Understands IT strategies and communicates to customer about IT strategy implications to their business processes and goals. Works closely with other IT groups to coordinate solutions for customer. Other Responsibilities: Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, mentoring and suggesting more efficient work approach. Identifies IT department improvements and may lead initiatives to improve internal process effectiveness.

A post-secondary diploma or degree. Effective communication and organizational skills. Minimum 7 years of work-related experience in a large/complex enterprise IT environment. The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to change. Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis as required. Demonstrate Expert level knowledge and experience in Network Cybersecurity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a large health care environment. Fortinet Firewall management experience and certifications. Netscaler Load Balancers Experience. Infoblox DDI and DNS Security Experience. Forescout Network Access Control Experience. Programming experience relating to NetOps. Experience with Cisco Network Technologies. CISSP, CCSA, GIAC, GSE, CEH, CIW or CCSP certification. ITIL certification. Valid Driver’s License.
