Required Qualifications:

Completion of certificate in Computer Support or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in a fast paced environment managing multiple concurrent demands required. Must have 2 to 3 years of related IT customer service experience within the last 5 years and be proficient using MS Office Suite and Outlook. Must have strong cognitive, analytical and problem-solving skills and strong customer service commitment. Must have demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must have experience with creating standard documentation. Must have ability to set and meet personal deadlines and adapt to changes in priority. Must have ability to work in a team environment and experience in coordinating teams. Must be self-motivated, with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

MS Visio proficiency is an asset. Related one year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred. Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset. Experience working with technology is an asset.
