Certification or Proficiency in a Connect Care module(s). Certification or Proficiency in the Epic Beacon module (acceptable to achieve certification or proficiency after starting in the role). Greater than 5 years of experience in information technology and/or health care environment. Greater than 3 years of experience in computer application support.

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated abilities in: Working with healthcare applications and clinical workflows; especially in oncology. Building relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at different organizational levels. Initiating and leading focus groups with key stakeholders. Communication: advocating for stakeholders, facilitating group interactions, influencing problem solving and decision making, managing conflict. Managing change and creating innovative solutions for complex issues.
