Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Technology Diploma with comparable experience. 10+ years of PeopleSoft experience as intermediate to senior Developer and supporting major upgrades such as PeopleTools, PUMs. Expert level development experience in creating / maintaining complex Oracle PLSQL procedures / packages for system performance monitoring/alerting and/or application locks detecting / alerting in proactive manner. Expert level PeopleSoft implementation/upgrade projects (PUM) knowledge/experience as well as demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll modules. Skills and experience in debugging/troubleshooting techniques for technical issues related to infrastructure components including application and web server, process scheduler, integration broker, Elasticsearch server, SMTP server and database. Strong knowledge of update and hands on experience applying PeopleSoft installation and maintenance (Tuxedo, Java, WebLogic, Cobol, Web services, etc.) and PeopleSoft application/Tools upgrade and PUM upgrade, tax updates, selective adoption of fixes.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have strong understanding of different layers of PeopleSoft architecture with many years of support experience. Proficient with Linux & AIX platforms along with writing/maintaining Unix, Bash scripts for automation. Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Oracle optimizer engine & ability to understand complex execution plans to help tune complex SQL’s. Strong/Demonstrated knowledge in Oracle database performance troubleshooting using oracle AWR, Oracle OEM diagnostic / tuning packs etc. in various releases of Oracle preferably with 19c and most recent. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, documentation and organizational skills. Experience in Change Management systems such as PHIRE and ServiceNow etc. Proficient in SDLC and ITIL methodologies preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

Expert knowledge of all aspects of the Oracle PeopleSoft architecture and experience with PeopleSoft HCM release 9.2 and People Tools v.8.60/v8.61. 10+ years of PeopleSoft experience as Technical System Administration and upgrade specialist. Experience in planning/executing Load-testing and providing detailed reports
