Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Information Technology complimented by minimum of three (3) years of experience in Modern Analytics Technologies supporting customers using business and client consultations. Moderate knowledge of Financial, HR, CPSM, Payroll and Costing business processes. 1-2 years’ experience with two or more of the following – Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, MS Azure, AWS. Proven ability to independently learn new technology quickly. High level of communication skills in verbal and written form. Strong knowledge project life cycle, management and associated best practices, quality assurance, development standards, coordination. Team coaching, mentoring and solutioning. Strong documentation skills, and provide SDLC lifecycle deliverables. Able to give clear and concise direction and make decisions on work direction as well as production issues / troubleshooting.
Additional Required Qualifications:
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will possess most of the following skills, experience, and knowledge. An understanding of data and data relationships both within this application as well as from systems outside of the Corporate Oracle suite (EBS / PeopleSoft Suite) that could be used as integration points. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, management and associated best practices. A strong team player who puts team success before his or her own. The ability to actively build and maintain positive client relationships and the ability to work as a senior analyst for the team to provide a positive environment and guidance for team members. The ability to research application / business problems and create solutions that help analyze these business problems. Ability to produce documentation in the English language that is technically and grammatically correct, concise, clear, accurate and of an appropriate readability to the intended audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong team player with conflict resolution skills. Actively builds and maintains positive relationships. Ability to work with business areas to understand business requirements and develop solutions. Experience in working with popular cloud technologies. Ability to work with modern analytics technologies.
