Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:3 - 5 years of medium to large scale web application development experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience with enterprise class Content Management Systems such as OpenText Red Dot, Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016. Strong understanding of current web technology. In-depth knowledge in responsive design and web front-end development. Extensive programming experience with ASP .NET (C#, VB.Net), .NET MVC, .NET CORE, WebAPI and client-side web development and responsive design (XML, XSL, XSLT, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, AngularJS, React, VUE, NodeJS) Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills including MSMQ, Web Services. Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Complete all phases of Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC). Strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and works with little supervision. Work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Ability to work on-call rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:Development experience in mobile app (iOS, Android) utilizing Xamarin considered asset. Medium scale project management experience and PMP designation considered asset. Certified in ITIL.
