Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration in medium to large organizations. BA or BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable. Experience architecting, implementing and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 and/or 2016 Server solutions. Experience in managing of enterprise website and web application hosting, Team Foundation Servers would be an advantage for the candidate. Familiarly with ITIL Incident and Change Management Procedures in an enterprise environment. Experience in configuring all service applications and configuring SharePoint Security. Experience in administering and managing of OpenText/RedDot Web Content Management System (WCMS), deploying websites and web application solutions in Windows web server environment. In depth knowledge of release management processes. In depth experience with Collaboration, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence. Experience with workflow manager 2013 integration with other technologies is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong customer interaction skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective. Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects. Ability to work on call. Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016 Server administration & configuration.
