Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in information technology supporting and managing Mobility-related products and networks. Proficiency with modern Mobile devices and operating systems including Apple iOS and Android. Proficiency in management of complex billing systems and invoices for an enterprise-level account. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Ability to identify links between business strategy and technology solutions. Extensive people management experience: leadership, communication, negotiation, problem solving, self-reliance, enthusiasm, team building, performance management. Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing and managing Mobile Devices Management (MDM) or Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions.
