Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong Business Analysis Skills. Experience in the development of business requirements, technical design and solution development. A minimum of one (1) year experience in data management or data governance. A minimum if one (1) year supporting customers using Business Analyst skills for client consultations. An understanding of data and data relationships in the context of system integration points. Design and coordination of development, testing, implementation and maintenance of technical corporate solutions. Provide input into solutions based on best practices. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, management and associated best practices. A strong team player who puts team success before their own. The ability to actively build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to work with business areas to understand business requirements and develop solutions. The ability to research business problems and create solutions that address these business problems. Ability to produce documentation in the English language that is technically and grammatically correct, concise, clear, accurate, and of an appropriate readability to the intended audience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good critical thinking and analytical abilities. Working knowledge of Hadoop/ Cloudera. Training will be provided for these if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Tableau. Strong SQL skill set. Experience working with MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server database. Business acumen and the ability to explain/translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ETL.
