Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:3 years direct experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Software. Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies. Extensive knowledge with SharePoint applications. Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools and reporting software. Demonstrates excellent understanding of intersystem dependencies around primary applications and multiple secondary applications. Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop comprehensive knowledge of system being tested. Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities. Experience in multi-disciplinary QA process environments. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience in the following will be nice to have: Assessing the needs for efficient automated testing. Coding automated tests according to the architecture and design (e.g., using Selenium or TFS). Running automated regression tests. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Preferred Qualifications:A degree in Computer Science related field is preferred. Experience in managing/executing tests utilizing Team Foundation Server-MTM will be an asset.
