Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Windows server technologies. 3+ years of experience with rackmount server hardware in an enterprise environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills in Microsoft technologies, clustering, HP/Dell server platforms. Good knowledge of Group Policy and Active Directory. Good understanding of PowerShell and scripts creation. Experience with VMWare. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server. Expand conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in remote teams. Effective time management abilities. Highly self-motivated and directed. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead small to medium sized infrastructure improvement projects. Experience working in virtualization environments. Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation and perform after-hours maintenance work when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Server certifications in other related technology. Enterprise experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server. Experience with Group Policy. Experience using VMWare. ITIL certification. Strong experience in Windows Clustering. Experience with Agile and Project Management methodologies. Experience with ServiceNow an asset. Experience with IAAS Cloud experience (Azure, AWS) as asset. 3+ years of experience with HP/Dell enclosure/blades environments.
