Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in data management or data governance. A minimum if three (3) years supporting customers using Business Analyst skills for client consultations. Knowledge of Financial, HR, CPSM, Payroll and Costing business processes. Experience in the development of business requirements, technical design, and solution development. The ideal candidate will possess most of the following skills, experience and knowledge: An understanding of data and data relationships in the context of system integration points. Design and coordination of development, testing, implementation and maintenance of technical corporate solutions. Provide input into solutions based on best practices. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, management, and associated best practices. A strong team player who puts team success before their own. The ability to actively build and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to work with business areas to understand business requirements and develop solutions. The ability to research business problems and create solutions that address these business problems. Ability to work with Oracle and Oracle-supplied tools and methodologies. Ability to produce documentation in the English language that is technically and grammatically correct, concise, clear, accurate, and of an appropriate readability to the intended audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management (Training will be provided if required). Business acumen and the ability to explain/translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good critical thinking and analytical abilities. Experience with Oracle human resources, finance and procurement applications is an asset. Knowledge of one of AIW, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean process development is an asset.
