Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Significant experience in problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Excellent interpersonal skills combined with effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues or difficult situations. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to convey information or transfer knowledge. Capable of focusing attention on accomplishing key objectives and outcomes for oneself and one’s team by improving performance, developing oneself, and committing oneself to accomplishing challenging goals, even in the face of uncertainty and change.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Information Systems in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity is preferred. Demonstrated written communication experience for technical and process documentation including process mapping. Knowledge of Change Management and IT experience (i.e. implementation of new systems, network management, client support, etc.) is considered an asset.
