Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working directly in a Recruitment Management Systems providing configuration, integration and application support as Business Systems Analyst. Working knowledge in Recruitment Management Systems. Experience in providing support and troubleshooting of systems. Experience with various types of testing (Unit, System, Performance, Conversion and UAT). Demonstrated experience is required in business process modeling, SDLC and ITIL. Ability to develop impact analysis. Proficient in MS Office, and Visio. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, requirements management / documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a large, complex and unionized organization is an asset.
