Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in an Information Technology field. Strong understanding of Oracle SQL. Minimum 2 years’ experience providing first or second tier client support in a high-volume transaction environment. Experience supporting application testing. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a deliverables-based environment. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations both orally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the technical aspects of PeopleSoft HCM including but not limited to Application Designer, Oracle SQL, PS Integration tools, PS Testing Framework and PS PIA. Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and/or Taleo in a functional or technical capacity in one or more core modules (HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor). Experience supporting HR/Payroll processing in a large, complex, unionized environment.
