Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Communication: You display excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to express and transmit information with consistency and clarity, using active listening techniques in order to effectively understand and provide feedback. You summarize information according to the audience in order to promote engagement and increase understanding and influence. You enjoy presenting information to groups in a formal setting in order to teach, inspire and build confidence. Patient, family and client focused. You foster a climate of cooperation to negotiate patient centered solutions, seeing beyond current practices to find resolutions to new and evolving situations. Quality Focus: You are creative, innovative, flexible and adaptable and utilize these skills to ensure excellent customer service is a priority. You have demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities and display sound judgement in order to quickly identify solution options.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Relationship builder and collaborator: You have a strong track record of establishing and maintaining effective, trusting and mutually beneficial working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders through collaboration and networking. Problem solver: You use strong logic, reasoning and analytical skills in order to break down and work through problems to arrive at an appropriate outcome, recommendation and/or decision, based on facts. You are highly organized with strengths in planning and prioritizing. Continuous learner: You are self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge and a desire to continually learn new things. IT Skills: Your computer skills include Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc. Travel: Ability to travel within Alberta will be required on an occasional basis.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare or public service environment. Marketing experience. Project management/development experience. While bilingual or multi lingual applicants are welcome, this is not a requirement for the successful candidate.
