Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Seniors Health, including homecare, supportive living, and long-term care within the last 2 years within AHS. Demonstration of continuing education and leadership courses. Leadership and decision making/problem solving skills. Strong assessment skills. Proven written/oral communication skills. Current certification in all CCHSS required education.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous clinical education experience.
