Graduate Degree with a focus in Knowledge Translation/Implementation Science (specialization within Health Services Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, or equivalent). 3-5 years of experience implementing change initiatives in a clinical setting.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Significant experience in developing partnerships with a diversity of stakeholders. Experience in patient engagement would be an asset. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills an asset. Experience in the areas of geriatrics/seniors health, long term care or supportive living would be an asset.
