Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in a related health care discipline. Membership in good standing with appropriate professional organization (i.e. CARNA, ACP). Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience in a large and complex healthcare organization with evidence of progressively more responsible roles in clinical areas or a minimum 5 years project management experience in a healthcare environment. Strong working knowledge of AHS, in particular Central Zone. Evidence of progressive leadership experience, particularly experience leading system change. Knowledge of project management principles, tools and methodologies. Knowledge of PMO tools and project governance concepts demonstrating knowledge and experience of implementing these tools and concepts with stakeholders. Proven experience in managing teams, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making, coaching and mentoring.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be able to maintain positive relationships as well be self-directed and effective in team environments. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines are essential. Basic knowledge of systems principles, as well as theories and concepts of the healthcare business. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication and follow-up skills. Actively and positively negotiate solutions in areas of conflict. Detail oriented and probes for information to fully understand clinical issues, able to understand micro and macro points of view to create collaborative solutions. Experience mentoring and supporting staff. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Self-motivated and self-directed, requires little supervision.
