Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related area is required. Minimum 2 years in an HR working environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced MS Office skills. Experience working within an HRM system. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, research and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability as well as patience and flexibility in supporting stakeholders with organizational processes. Strong team work, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:Current knowledge in areas such as Recruitment, Compensation, Employee & Labour Relations and Position Management. Experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity, combined with experience in healthcare and/or union environment experience. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. Experience with administrative policies, procedures and standards pertaining to staffing, recruitment, employee and labour relations is preferred.
