A minimum of baccalaureate degree in human resources, business administration, law or other related field. Proven HR Contact Centre experience required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HR Systems, data and metrics (preferably with large, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like PeopleSoft, SAP, or Oracle). Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Contact Centre systems like ServiceNow, Genesys and Ingenius. Progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or Human Resources systems environment or Contact Centres. Advanced computer skills required in Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Access and other software programs. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated research, analytical and problem solving skills. Uses strategic thinking, taking into account long-term goals assessing options and implications. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing long term quality services. Sound knowledge and experience in compiling and presenting information to senior levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional designation (CHRP) is preferred. A minimum of 7 years in a human resources role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (health care experience an asset) plus experience in a leadership role. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
